Q320 Series
Features:
- Smallest standard display unit. Enclosure size only H320mmxW320mmxD89mm.
- Suitable for variable sizes. The width and height of LED display only need multiples of 320mm. The smallest display can be 320mmx320mm.
- Die-casting aluminum enclosure, worry-free rusty issue. It can cope with harsher environment and has a longer life cycle.
- Fully front maintenance.
- Good assembly effect between cabinets. Cabinets with high processing accuracy, even for small pitch P4mm, we also can achieve a good assembly effect.
- Easy to upgrade in the future. Currently support P4 / P5 / P6.67 / P8 / P10 / P13.3 / P16 LED module. For example, the current LED display is P10, if you want to upgrade to P5 after a few years, you only need to replace old modules by new modules, which is very simple and convenient.
- Low internal temperature rise. We adapt professional heat dissipation design to realize low temperature rise, which can prolong LED lifetime and improve the stability and reliability for a long time.
- Fully internal wiring. Good looking and better for anti-UV, waterproofness and safety.
- Intelligent monitoring system. Allow to monitor internal temperature, power supply, fan, SPD etc. If any part fails, it will be detected and reported for easy and quick maintenance.
- Agile and convenient cable outlet. You can choose left, right, bottom, rear side freely according to installation site. Rear cable outlet can hide the cables, especially suitable for double-sided display.
- Built-in controller system. No additional control box is required, which make the LED display in neat and tidy.
- Decorative / logo zone is optional. The cabinet we reserved the installation holes for decorative or logo zone if required. You can add logo, nameplate or information easily.
- Quick and convenient installation. As in the factory, we will assemble multiple Q320 cabinets together to form a large cabinet, and do the internal wiring and other work well. At the installation site, you only need to splice large cabinets together, which can reduce your workload greatly.

Outdoor small LED display less than 5 square meters, also called LED Electronic Message Center (EMCs) or Outdoor LED Digital Signage.
Mainly used for schools, churches, shopping malls, landmarks, monuments and etc.
-The application is different. When the LED display is large and height & width are multiple of 960mm, 960*960mm die-casting aluminum enclosure is a good choice;
-When the height or width of the display is not a multiple of 960mm, such as H640*W1440, H960*W2560, H1280*W1600, H1600*W2240, H3200*W640 and others, 960*960mm die-casting aluminum box can’t meet requirements, but our Q320 can fill the bill properly.
Q320:
-Q320 is the smallest standard die-casting aluminum cabinet, with high processing accuracy, so we can achieve a good assembly effect even for small pitch.
-With large stock, we can make assembly of the custom led displays quickly. Short delivery time.
-Q320 has no rusty issue, with longer life cycle.
Sheet-metal cabinet:
-Due to limitation of processing accuracy, the assembly effect for small pitch display such as P5mm and P4mm is not ideal.
-Sheet-metal cabinet is custom cabinet, no stock, with longer delivery time.
-If using cold rolled steel material, we will be worried about rust after long-time; if using aluminum material, the cost is quite higher.
